Abstract
Pharmaceutical product management continues to face serious structural weaknesses that compromise patient safety and therapeutic quality. In response, a systematic review was conducted to identify strategies applied to pharmaceutical management between 2021 and 2025. A total of 25 studies were selected, showing a predominance of descriptive quantitative research and a consensus on the urgent need to standardize processes, strengthen staff competencies, and adopt monitoring systems based on indicators. These findings highlight the need for future studies aimed at designing functional and sustainable pharmaceutical management models.
