Abstract
This study aimed to understand the documentary review that links public management with the economic environment. A hermeneutic search method was applied, processing indexed journal databases through bibliometric analysis to identify gaps in the study of the technological competency variable, heuristically incorporating the use of artificial intelligence. A selection and screening process was conducted following the PRISMA 2020 flow diagram. The findings revealed that the evolution of the topic began around 2007 and that the relationship between both variables still requires further theoretical and empirical development.
