Resumen
La violencia de género constituye un problema prioritario de salud pública que requiere estrategias preventivas con participación comunitaria. El objetivo de esta revisión sistemática fue sintetizar la evidencia científica sobre intervenciones comunitarias dirigidas a prevenir la violencia de género y promover el bienestar de mujeres en situación de vulnerabilidad. La investigación se desarrolló siguiendo las directrices PRISMA 2020 mediante la revisión de estudios publicados entre 2020 y 2026 en Scopus, Web of Science, PubMed, SciELO, Redalyc y Latindex. Se incluyeron catorce investigaciones originales con diseños experimentales, cuasiexperimentales, mixtos y cualitativos. Los resultados permitieron organizar la evidencia en cuatro niveles de intervención: educación y sensibilización comunitaria, empoderamiento y fortalecimiento de redes, transformación de normas sociales y fortalecimiento institucional. Se concluye que las intervenciones multinivel presentan mayor potencial para reducir la violencia y favorecer el bienestar, constituyendo un referente para futuras investigaciones y políticas públicas.
