Abstract
A descriptive and exploratory bibliometric study was conducted on articles published in SCOPUS between 2021 and 2025. The analysis examined annual scientific production, journals with the highest number of publications, the most productive countries, authors, and institutions, as well as the frequency of keywords. The results highlighted the importance of studying process management in service quality within the health sector, as it represents a key tool for improving health systems for the benefit of society.
