Abstract
Cybervictimization constitutes one of the main manifestations of digital violence due to its effects on mental health and psychosocial well-being. The objective of this study was to synthesize the scientific evidence on the relationship between cybervictimization, perceived social support, and psychological resilience through a systematic review. PRISMA guidelines were followed, conducting searches in scientific databases and applying inclusion and exclusion criteria to select the studies. Finally, 20 studies were included. The results showed a consistent association between cybervictimization and anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, deterioration of psychological well-being, and self-harming behaviors. Likewise, perceived social support, emotional intelligence, positive family relationships, and psychological resilience were identified as protective factors. It is concluded that the integration of these constructs provides a useful perspective to guide future research and interventions aimed at strengthening mental health in the face of digital violence.
